Emma is a freelance consultant and researcher with over nine years’ experience on VCS issues. Emma brings to this project a track record in designing research to reach ‘under-the-radar’ groups, most notably through her work for the Audit Commission on Quality of Life Indicators and Community Sector Profiles.
Her role within the Study is to focus on strategies for engaging ‘hard-to-reach’ groups, input into overall methodology to ensure it is appropriate for these groups and contributions to analysis on these issues.
