Rachel Kyle-Barclay
Rachel Kyle-Barclay – Learning and Support Officer
Rachel provides support to the Director of Strategic Operations to ensure the effective operation of mechanisms to capture and use monitoring, evaluation and learning from projects supported by the Foundation and to support Programme Managers to help those organisations learn from good practice and share expertise. Rachel also oversees the management of the Staff Match Giving Scheme; matching funds raised or donations by Northern Rock staff.
Rachel joined the Foundation in January 2007, initially as a Programme Assistant. Prior to this, Rachel worked briefly at Futurebuilders England. Rachel holds an honours degree in History and Sociology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Grantmaking, Philanthropy and Social Investment.
