Carol Candler
Carol Candler – Director of Strategic Operations
Carol joined the Foundation in March 2010. Carol is responsible for the Foundation’s Monitoring and Evaluation and manages the Foundation’s capacity building support.
For the past five years Carol worked for One North East with responsibility for Evaluation and Research and new approaches to demonstrating value and impact. Carol has worked at a national level developing training and capacity building programmes with other regional development agencies and OffPAT. Carol’s earlier career includes a range of experiences in the NHS, Community Care and research and development.
Carol has a degree and post graduate degree from Northumbria University, is a member of the UK Evaluation Society and is a founding member and current Chair of Digital Women’s Network.
