Louise Telford
Louise Telford – Programme Manager
Louise manages the Foundation’s Enabling Independence and Choice programme which aims to give people with mental health problems, people with learning disabilities, older people and carers a choice of excellent services that help them to become or remain independent.
Louise joined the Foundation in 2004. Previously she worked in the public sector in policy, research and development roles, most recently for Cumbria County Council. Her fields of interest include health, social care, rural service delivery and the relationship between the voluntary and statutory sectors.
