Peter Clarke is Public Engagement and Partnerships Lead for Cumbria Primary Care Trust. After 15 years in the voluntary sector, including a decade as Director of the Scottish Association for Mental Health, he moved into the NHS initially with a strategic role in a Regional Health Authority and then as Chief Executive of a provider trust. Subsequently he led the North West Mental Health Development Centre prior to becoming Director of Mental Health in a primary care trust.
