Evaluation Examples

Grant holders often ask us for examples of good reporting to help them in completing their own, particularly organisations who are new to the Foundation. We have chosen the documents below; an evaluation planning form, a progress and a final report to show different but equally good approaches.

We receive many forms of reporting, including video and diagram reports.  For an example of a video report please see the Film Able Star Project video.  We will share more examples with you in future.

Please do not use these as a template to replicate but do read through and take away points of good practice.
