Tony Henfrey

 

Tony Henfrey originally trained as a scientist but has spent his career in business in the UK and USA, where he lived and worked for 14 years. His particular speciality is the rescue and refinancing of distressed businesses and he is a Fellow of the UK Society of Turnaround Professionals. Tony is chairman of Texon International Group and serves on the board of Amphion Innovations plc and the Historic Chapels Trust. Tony plays an active role in several regional cultural organisations including Music at Paxton and the Advisory Board of North East Finance. He is also a Fellow of St. Catherine’s College, Oxford. Tony chairs the Foundation’s Finance, Audit, Risk and Investment Committee.
