In May 2013, Foundation Trustees approved grants totalling £895,511 to help tackle disadvantage in the North East and Cumbria. Victim Support was awarded a grant of £127,500 over three years towards the cost of Cease 24 which works with victims of domestic abuse across Northumberland.
